At Faerie Forge Creations, every item is 3D-printed with care and crafted to bring a bit of magic into your world. Because our products are printed to order, all sales are final.
However, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a printing/assembly issue, we offer a free replacement within 30 days of delivery.
Replacements (Within 30 Days)
We will replace your item at no cost if:
- It arrives broken or significantly damaged
- Any articulation/joint does not function as intended
- You receive the wrong item or wrong color
- There is a major printing defect (layer issues, missing parts, severe under-extrusion)

We will verify the issue and send a replacement as soon as possible.
Final Sale Items
All products from Fearie Forge Creations are 3D-printed to order, therefore:
- All sales are final
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong color/size/model chosen by mistake
- Damage caused after delivery
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost in transit, delayed, or marked delivered but missing, contact us and we will help initiate a carrier investigation. Replacement eligibility will depend on the carrier’s findings.
